Slotolegends Terms and Conditions
Version: 1.0

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (“Player”, “you”, “your”) and Digital Sense (“Slotolegends”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and apply to your use of our Games, Platform, or Website in any way, through any electronic device (web, mobile, tablet, or any other device).

Important: These Terms and Conditions include a provision waiving the right to pursue any class, group, or representative claim and require you to resolve disputes with us through individual arbitration, unless you opt out within the specified time frame (see Clause 18).

By checking the acceptance box during registration or by accessing the Games or Platform, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gaming Policy, and any game- or promotion-specific rules. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform or play any Game.

Slotolegends does not offer real-money gambling of any type.
Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes under any circumstances.


1. Definitions

  • Coins: The virtual social gaming currency used to play Slotolegends Games. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-world money or prizes.

  • Content: Text, graphics, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and other materials used or available in the Games or Platform.

  • Customer Account: An account registered with Slotolegends by a Player.

  • Fraudulent Conduct: Any prohibited actions described in Clause 7.

  • Games: Any Slotolegends games available on the Platform.

  • Inactive Account: A Customer Account with no log-in or log-out activity for 60+ days.

  • Participate / Participation: Playing Games or using the Platform in any way.

  • Payment Administration Agent: Any third party appointed to process payments for Slotolegends.

  • Platform: The Slotolegends website at https://www.slotolegends.com and related subdomains, features, tools, and services.

  • Registered Customer: A Player who has successfully registered a Customer Account.

  • Service: Access to the Games and Website enabling you to participate.

  • Terms and Conditions / T&Cs: This document, as updated from time to time.

  • Third Party Websites: External sites not operated by Slotolegends.


2. Eligibility & Restrictions

You confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  2. You participate for personal entertainment only.

  3. You play on your own behalf and not for any other person.

  4. All registration details you provide are accurate and kept up-to-date.

  5. Money used to purchase Coins is legally obtained.

  6. You will not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, nor use bots, scripts, or other automated systems.

  7. You will only use a payment method lawfully belonging to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your participation is legal in your jurisdiction. Using VPNs, proxies, or false information to bypass restrictions is prohibited and may result in account closure.


3. License to Use the Platform

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for entertainment purposes only. This license may be terminated immediately if you breach these T&Cs.


4. Customer Accounts

  • Single Account: You may hold only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended or closed.

  • Accuracy: Your registration details must be correct and kept updated.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords.

  • Transfers: Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.

  • Inactive Accounts: We may deactivate accounts inactive for 60+ days and remove Coin balances without refund.

  • Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support.


5. Games & Virtual Currency

  • Games may have their own rules, available on the Platform.

  • You may only play if you have sufficient Coins in your account.

  • Coins are purchased as a temporary license to play and are non-refundable.

  • Purchases using stolen or mismatched payment methods may result in suspension.

  • We may void participation if errors, fraud, or technical issues occur.


6. Promotions

Promotions are subject to these T&Cs and any specific promotional terms. Abuse of promotions may result in loss of bonuses, Coin balances, or account closure.


7. Fraudulent Conduct

You must not:

  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Platform.

  • Introduce viruses or malicious code.

  • Collude with other players.

  • Use Slotolegends for money laundering or unlawful activity.

  • Share or sell access to promotions or identification documents.

Breaches may result in suspension, account closure, and referral to authorities.


8. Intellectual Property

All Content, Games, and Platform elements are owned or licensed by Digital Sense and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our permission.


9. Third Party Websites

We are not responsible for the content or security of Third Party Websites, even if linked from our Platform.


10. Disruptions & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or remove Games or features without notice. We are not liable for downtime, server errors, or technical issues.


11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these T&Cs. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.


12. Live Chat Services

You must use chat services respectfully. Harassment, spamming, or sharing illegal content is prohibited and may result in account suspension.


13. Complaints & Support

Contact us at support@slotolegends.com for complaints or support queries. Please include your username, full name, and detailed explanation of your issue.


14. Account Suspension or Closure

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these T&Cs, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, or use the Platform unlawfully.


15. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify Slotolegends against losses arising from your breach of these T&Cs.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes must first be raised via our complaints process. If unresolved, they will be settled through individual arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these T&Cs by emailing support@slotolegends.com with “ARBITRATION OPT OUT” in the subject.


17. General Provisions

  • These T&Cs are the entire agreement between you and us.

  • We may amend these T&Cs at any time; changes are effective immediately when published on the Platform.

  • If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

  • These T&Cs are provided in English; in case of discrepancies with translations, the English version prevails.
